We democratize homeownership within housing developments in order to create and protect equity for Homeowners, Developers and Investors.

We provide an 'insurance policy' for homeowners within a community - giving them the ability to sell their home for any reason, in any condition and at any time. This protects the homeowner as well as the entire development by limiting properties sold in distress (often below market value) or falling into disrepair because an owner can't afford necessary maintenance. It also entices owners to sell their homes rather than turning them into rentals.

When people are vested and protected in homeownership, neighborhoods become more desirable - positively impacting everyone within the community.
